
HOW TO USE DRIED NONI
1. DRIED NONI TEA
How to make tea:
- Step 1: Use dried noni fruit (20g) for 200 ml of water.
- Step 2: Rinse the tea, pour a little bit of boiling water into it to make sure the water runs through the tea, shake well and then pour this water away.
- Step 3: Add warm boiling water to make tea according to the brewing ratio, wait 5-7 minutes for the water to infuse the tea. Enjoy while the tea is still warm, the taste will be more delicious.
How to cook tea: Every day, take about 50-80g of dried noni fruit and cook it with 1.5 liters of drinking water. Use it regularly throughout the day.
2. DRIED NONI WINE
Prepare materials: Dried noni fruit, ceramic or glass soaked jars, 35-40 degrees sticky rice wine.
Proceed:
- Dried noni fruit washed, drained.
- Put dried noni fruit in a wine-soaked jar, the ratio of 1/4 is 1 kg of dried noni soaked with 4 liters of alcohol.
- Soak for about 2 to 3 months, then use.
Note:
- It is recommended to use ceramic or glass soaked jars to bring delicious taste and safety to users.
- Keep the wine bottle in a place without direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place.
